The No Normal

The concept for today’s episode was brought to us by Eff Perfect Fam member, Nadine, on Instagram. Nadine said, “I would love to hear something about the word ‘normal,’ why this word can cause so much pain for so many, why we have to categorize everything, and why we are often not able to see and like people/things just the way they are.”

We resonated so much with Nadine’s question that we just couldn’t wait to talk about it on the show. Join us as we explore why “normal” isn’t a monolith, how our personal and societal views of normalcy change over time, and whether “normal” even exists.
